Before I started my workouts with Brock and his crew, I was always tired and as a forty something year old woman I was finding I was losing muscle tone and strength. I work out twice a week with Grit and after 6 months I have more energy, muscle tone is back and my overall outlook on my health now is positive! I would recommend Grit to anyone that is tired of making excuses. These guys gave me proper training and personal guidance, along with loads of encouragement. I have lost 14 lbs and for the first time in a long time I feel like a better me. Training here with Brock has been amazing and I've seen so much progress since beginning here. Before beginning my training here I had a knee injury where I was unable to do a lot of lower body exercises and experienced pain and fatigue from standing for extended periods of time. But with the help of both Brock and the other trainers I've made a lot of progress and am now able to do do any of the exercises we've tried and the pain has disappeared. Overall it's been an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend!

If you are thinking about bettering your fitness, accomplishing specific goals & need support to get you there... go to grit!! I have been training here for the past six months and couldnt be happier with the results. Brock & the boys are amazing at what they do and put so much thought and consideration into every part of your workout. Not to mention they are so dedicated and really try to accommodate you! Best gym I have ever attended hands down!

As an athlete in the off season I wanted to find a trainer who would be able to push me both mentally and physically to gear up for season. I am extremely pleased that I chose to train at GRIT Strength & Conditioning with this Brock this summer. Brock designed me a program that was sport specific and met my goals for my upcoming season. He is very knowledgeable, a great motivator and very dedicated to the success of his clients. If youre an athlete looking to improve your strength, agility and endurance for your sport Brock is definitely the guy to help you do it.

Great atmosphere in a top notch facility. The staff is dedicated to their clients and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time needed to fit your needs regardless if you are a beginner or seasoned athlete.
