The staff, nurses and doctors were all very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hospital to anyone who have small children. The youthful stop at emergency were very kind to my daughter and made sure that she was doing well. They also gave her paw patrol stickers.
Horrible service and treatment from the nurses. Might as well drive to orillia don't waste your time. Under equipped and under staffed, more of a barn then a hospital.
waited 6 hrs for a torn clavical. Time before that 4.5 hrs w a herniated disc in my neck. Time before that 4.5 hrs with daughter who had a major concusion whom i drove versus waiting for ambulance. they expect you to sit and stair at the wall while freezing to death while they avoid you. Never had a positive experience at this hospital. Now I know why everyone here says go to Huntsville or Orillia!
The only bad thing that I have to say about the hospital is that their parking system is a bit confusing, other than that I have always had a good experience there.
wish I cold do zero stars this hospital and it's doctors is a joke. go for an xray tell me it's not broken.then to break down and go get another xray two and a half months later because still not healing to find out its broke and I need to see a plastic surgeon. thank you for screwing me out of alot of healing time and work DRIVE TO HUNTSVILLE OR ORILLIA AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE IT'S THE PLAGUE WHAT A JOKE. YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A PHONE CALL TOMORROW!!!!!!!!
