Great atmosphere. Good food and good selections. Presentation of food is awesome. Our waitress was a little lacking in efficiency, but most people seemed to have good staff. This place definitely continues to be the place for locals and cottagers to go!
Went for dinner for our anniversary last night. The food was awesome (if pricey), however when we mentioned to our server that I didn't receive part of my meal (we sat at the Hibachi table and asked for fried rice which is an extra charge) she did not respond in a very friendly manner about it. There was plenty of food to eat so I wasn't concerned about not getting the rice, I just thought the charge should be removed from my bill. We weren't even angry about it. The fellow who cooked our meal apologized and we smiled and said that it was not a problem. The server, however seemed to take offense and basically ignored us from that point on. She asked the other group at our table if they wanted coffe/tea/desserts, but just handed us our bill. When I asked if we could have coffee or tea, she grabbed our bill, walked over to the serving station, threw down her pen and re-opened our bill.At this point we decided to get up and leave.Generally I like to give servers a break, I've been in their shoes, but this young woman was just rude! Unfortunately it reflected in her tip.
We had a dinner here right after Santas village visit. Everything we ordered were great , fresh and tasty. We ordered soups and rolls. The service was great and the verity of food is good there. Kids had a miso soup , rolls and rice noodles. Definitely recommend this place.
Went to celebrate a family birthday.. the food was good, we did the hibatchi and it was so much fun and the chef was amazing!Im only leaving 3 stars because the waiter was horrible. He made us feel like we were really bothering him, and it was a chore to have to serve us.
this is a dining experience. Very friendly warm servers and absolutely fantastic food. Adequate portions and reasonable prices but the quality of the whole visit is well worth it. Will definitely be back.
