I have been coming here for about a year for my eyelash extensions, and I have always had a great experience. Recently, I was unable to make it to an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and I was told I would still have to pay as it wasnt within 24 hours that I cancelled. Its kind of upsetting because multiple times I have been asked to change my appointment times to cater to their needs without a 24 hour notice as well as the staff member I made an appointment with was switched for someone else and I wasnt asked if this switch was okay until I had already arrived at my appointment. I understand that there is a policy in place but you would think with loyal customers that you would at least try to show some customer appreciation? I understand a cancellation fee but I am now paying full price for a service I didnt even receive!! Not angry, just disappointed.
