After buying a mattress at Sleep Country (who's sales approach gave me the same dirty feeling I've had after getting pitched at a used car lot) I looked for a locally owned place with good reviews, good prices, and who actually cared about giving me the right mattress given my back problems. I found this and more here. After deep diving on my back issues (Dr.s out there could learn something), the gentleman working there got me to try at least 5 different mattresses and, believe it or not, recommended a cheaper mattress that was better for my back. Anyway, the customer service I had was pretty insane and so far so good with the mattress.
Bed we got was good. But customer service was less than stellar. But better to buy bed from this independent owner than from box stores.
