Excellent service all around...When I called The Fire Within the girl in the office was knowledgeable , patient and answered all my questions - as this was my first wood burning stove. When the installers came to put in my stove I was impressed at how courteous and efficient they were. They showed me how to use my stove safely to get the best performance for years to come. I would recommend The Fire Within to all.

We were very impressed with the chimney sweep service we received today from "The Fire Within". We had purchased a lot of excellent fireplace accessories from them but had not as yet engaged the cleaning service. Chad and Nick attended our home and did a very thorough cleaning of our chimney pipe and fireplace. They explained the entire process, offered great suggestions on usage based on their experience and left without even a trace of their attendance. Professional, competent and a fair price! We would highly recommend them to others.
After never having a phone call returned, We decided to make a trip to the store itself. The lady was outright rude when answering simple questions and made us feel quite uncomfortable. The store has great displays and beautiful products, too bad about the personality of the employee.
The Fire Within inspected our beautiful but worn out cottage (Baysville area) fireplace and suggested a Pacific Energy 2.5 insert. We set a date for the install and the crew showed up on time and repaired some stone work on the fireplace then installed the insert. The crew were polite, workmanlike and tidy. We love our new PE insert. I would recommend this company!
