Had a terrible experience with them. I ordered a kitchen table and 8 chairs and when it was finally delivered to me, many weeks after promised, the chairs legs were cut on an angle and not flat as they should be. They apologized and promised to replace them with new chairs, again months later they finally came to replace them but this time the chair heights were short by about half an inch. That's right, they cut the bottoms of chairs they had in storage with the same issue and thought I wouldn't notice.After the owner stopped by my place and apologized a hundred times he asked me how things became so delayed with the deliveries as he seemed clueless as to what was happening in his own store, i tried to explain to him but he kept cutting me off and not letting me speak. So I told hi the chairs were short and need to be replaced, he apologized again and said he would custom order me new chairs which he made sure to tell me 5 times that it was costing him $3600 to do, or something like that. He sad they would come in a week or two. Then i got a call from the store, he got one of the sales ladies to call me and tell me the new custom chairs will come in a few months. So I waited patiently for the new chairs. Finally they call and said they would deliver them in a week. They came and i had my tape measure ready and when they came into my home, guess what!?!? The chair heights were higher than the 18 inch standard, so now they weren't short but higher, some quarter inch and some half inch. Needless to say, I was pissed after about a whole years since ordering the items and paying and now i get another order of chairs that were not checked by the owner first to ensure my satisfaction.So i was pissed and threw a few cuss words out in my anger for dealing with such unprofessional service and a lack of respect from the owner. I apologized to the delivery guys for being upset and told them to take the bad chairs away and to have them replaced again with correct ones.Next day i get a call from the owner, now get this, he says after my ruse language in front of his grown men delivery guys, he is going to "fire" me as a customer and ask that i never come into the store again. He says he will refund me money from the chairs and that my language was a statement of my character.I have never been treated so rudely and unjustly by a place of business before. Needless to say i will never walk in that store again. The owner is a middle age guy who doesn't listen, is full of himself and likes to hear himself talk and is not a good business man or decent human being from what i have experienced.Wish him the best as a Christian but i see his business going down hill with his attitude towards people! Be warned!
Expensive stuff. Definitely for the decorator. Tourist stop.
Wow. Prices are extremely high. Lots to see just not a place I would go to again. I prefer to find items at more down to earth pricing. Old waterskiis are about 30 to 60 a pair not 250 for example.
Beautiful items. Nothing affordable to the average household.
This is a gem for antiques! Must visit and check the back of the store! Full of antiques from the 1800s and early 1900s
